Ready 2 Ships units ships out within 2 - 3 business days of order being placed.

All orders have a 2 - 3 business day processing window prior to shipping, regardless of the option selected at checkout. We DO NOT offer local pick ups.

Please allow additional time for processing & shipping during sales and holidays.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Any order placed on the weekend or holiday will start processing the next business day.

Billing and shipping address MUST BE THE SAME. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. We are not responsible for any delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.

Due to the nature of the items being sold and sanitation sensitivity, we do not offer returns/exchanges unless there’s a mistake or error on our part to be determined by us.
We allow 48 hours from the receipt of package/products (from shipping carriers reported delivery confirmation) to report any damages, missing items, defects, or errors with package/products.
We ask that you carefully inspect your product upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damages, missing items, defects, or errors and email us pictures and a description of your issue at customerservice@khlotress.com. Please use your order number as the subject.
If approved, product must be in original state to be granted a refund/exchange. Please do not cut the wefts or lace, remove any hair ties or wraps, etc. If it is determined that the hair or wig has been altered or worn, we will not honor any return/refund request.
In the case that it is determined that an error was made on our end, you will have 48 hours to return/ship the package to us after approval.
You are responsible for the return shipping fee. We ask that you purchase a tracking label to ensure your product arrive to us. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
Once we receive the item & complete inspection, we will process your refund and exchange. Please note this process can take up to 20 business days.
