- That the wig is made on measurements you provide or choose and Khlotress is not responsible for wigs that don't fit due to wrong measurements given or size chosen.
- That due to sanitation sensitivity, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on our end to be determine by us.
- That you have read and agree with our STORE POLICY.
- That all fraudulent activity and chargebacks will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
